The BnF Richelieu is the historic home of the French National Library. It has recently undergone 6 years of renovation and transformation. This vast building is in fact made up of numerous preexisting structures: the Mazarin Palace (1643), The East India Company (1719), the Royal Library (1721), the Stock Exchange (1724), and the Exchequer (1793). Visitors can still see the original Mazarin Gallery, the Royal Library, the Louis XV Salon and much more. The restoration is magnificent and well worth the visit! (More info HERE)
